Yoga with Julian

Julian teaches a modern form of yoga that combines modern postural patterns, primal body movements with ancient practices.

His classes usually run for just under an hour and incorporate a blend of ancient and more modern practices. Covering body weight core strength, flexibility, balance, breathing and mindfulness.

Julian has been practicing Yoga for 20 years and has been certified as a Yoga Teacher for nine years. He has studied Yoga in Australia, the UK and India and has led classes in many places around the world, from Central Park NYC, to the rooftop of a cargo boat floating down the Amazon river, to beaches in New South Wales, to parks in and around Canberra and in fitness clubs.

Julian has been studying Sanskrit since 2023 and is in the final stages of publishing a book – titled Sanskrit for Modern Yoga – which is an introductory reference to Sanskrit for Yoga Teachers, and teachers of Yoga Teachers.
